Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for client expansion through effective concept engineeringand alternative applications
  • Responsible to work closely with Principal Engineers & Management on Enterprise wide relations, application expansion, and  cross division referrals
  • Identifying advanced technologies that can be applied to enhance systems capabilities
  • Responsible to evaluate the overall customer relationship, to look at how to integrate a business relationship with the customer at the project levels
  • Analyze client needs, assess breadth of appropriate application technology and qualify project leads
  • Responsible for SOW clarification and managing the completion of cost estimate, proposal generation, client negotiations, and post-sale
  • Lead client fulfillment technical review, proposal negotiations, post-sale and sales order entry
  • Lead multiple technical project reviews with internal and external customers
  • Engage client in strategic business discussions around future plans and expectations
  • Responsible to conceptualize a system through integration and installation
  • Clarify SOW’s and manage project cost estimates and proposal generation

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years’ professional experience with increasing supervisory and management responsibility exposure across multiple disciplines required
  • Exposure to and interaction with an Advisory Board highly desirable with previous Fiduciary responsibility preferred
  • Must exhibit solid financial acumen with experience in establishing the annual Profit Plan and Three Year Business plan
  • Experience with Six Sigma, ISO Auditor, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and other Continuous Improvement initiatives highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills required; verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal
  • History of meeting or exceeding individual and department performance goals and objectives
  • Successful completion of an Executive Leadership program

Education Level:

Any Engineering Degree
